 DEAR MR. MILLS:
 YOUR APPLICATION FOR A FINAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE
 SUBJECT SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN APPROVED, ONE
 COPY OF THE APPROVED IMPROVEMENT PLAN IS ENCLOSED.
 PLEASE ENSURE THAT AS-BUILT PLANS ARE SUBMITTED WHEN
 ALL THE IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
 FAILURE TO RECEIVE APPROVAL OF THE MASTER PARK PLAN
 WITHIN TWO YEARS SHALL CONSTITUTE CANCELLATION OF BOTH
 THE IMPROVEMENT PLAN FINAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER AND THE
 PRELIMINARY PLAT PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT ORDER. A
 ONE-YEAR EXTENSION MAY BE GRANTED FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN
 UPON WRITTEN APPLICATION SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY
 ENGINEER PRIOR TO EXPIRATION DATE OF THE FINAL
 DEVELOPMENT ORDER. WHEN EXTENDING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT
 ORDER, THE COUNTY ENGINEER MAY REQUIRE THE IMPROVEMENT
 PLAN TO BE MODIFIED TO BRING THE PLAN INTO COMPLIANCE
 WITH ANY NEW PROVISION OF THESE REGULATIONS IN EFFECT
 AT THE TIME OF THE EXTENSION REQUEST.
