 I HAVE REVIEWED THE PLANS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND FOUND THE PLANS INCOMPLETE.
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE ADDED TO THE PLANS.
  
 1. THE LIFE SAFETY PAGE DOES NOT SHOW LOCATION OF THE
 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.
 2. THE LIFE SAFETY PAGE DOES NOT SHOW EXIT SIGNAGE.
 3. THE LIFE SAFETY PAGE NOR THE ELECTRICAL PAGE SHOW
 EMERGENCY LIGHTING.
 4. THE PLUMBING PAGE DOES NOT SHOW WHERE VENTS ARE
 LOCATED. AN ISOMETRIC OF THE SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE
 SYSTEMS WILL CLARIFY.
 5. THE PLUMBING PAGE DOES NOT HAVE A DETAIL OF THE
 WATER HEATER INSTALLATION. THE RELIEF DISCHARGE WILL
 NEED TO EXTEND TO EXTERIOR OR A PROPER DISPOSAL AREA.
 6. THE ICE MAKER WILL NEED A CONDENSATE DISCHARGE
 DRAIN.
 7. I AM PRESUMING THAT THE BATHROOM AREA IS EXISTING
 BUT NOTE STATES THAT FIXTURES WILL BE REPLACED. NEW
 FIXTURES WILL HAVE TO MEET ADA REQUIREMENTS. A DETAIL
 OF ADA REQUIREMENTS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANS FOR
 CLARITY.
 8. I PRESUME THAT THE A/C SYSTEM IS ALSO EXISTING. AT
 MINIMUM, THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF THE UNIT SHOULD BE
 NOTED ON THE PLANS.
 9. THE PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE A WALL SECTION. ARE THE
 INTERIOR WALLS EXISTING? LOCATION OF NEW WALL SECTIONS
 SHOULD BE NOTED ON THE PLANS AND ANY EXISTING WALLS TO
 BE REMOVED SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED.
 PLEASE MAKE ADDITIONS AND RESUBMIT FOR RE-REVIEW.
