 WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED FOR APPROVAL.
  
 1. WHAT IS THE PLANNED USE OF THE LOFT AREA? IF STORAGE
 IT WILL NEED A FIRE SEPARATION FROM THE BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY AREA. WHAT IS THE CEILING HEIGHT OF THIS
 AREA? IF FULL HEIGHT IT MAY NEED SECONDARY EGRESS. WHAT
 TYPE OF WALL IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO SEPARATE THE
 ATTIC SPACE? WITH A/C UNIT IN THIS AREA, IT WILL NEED
 TO BE INSULATED. EMERGENCY LIGHTING AND EXIT SIGNAGE
 MAY NEED TO BE ADDED TO THIS AREA. WHAT TYPE OF
 SUB-FLOOR IS PLANNED FOR THIS LOFT?
 2. PLANS NEED TO INCLUDE ADA DETAILS.
 3. PLEASE SUPPLY PRODUCT INFORMATION FOR THE ALUR FIXED
 WALL PANELS.
 4. EXIT AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING MAY NEED TO BE ADDED
 DEPENDING ON THESE WALL SYSTEMS.
 5. EMERGENCY LIGHT WILL NEED TO BE ADDED IN THE
 ELECTRICAL ROOM WHERE PANEL IS LOCATED.
 6. IS THIS AN EXISTING ELECTRIC SERVICE AND PANEL? IF
 SO PLEASE MARK AS SUCH. IF THIS IS A NEW SERVICE, PLANS
 WILL NEED TO INCLUDE A PANEL SCHEDULE, AND SERVICE
 DIAGRAM SHOWING FEEDER SIZES.
 7. ADD DETAIL FOR U419 FIRE SEPARATION WALL EXTENDING
 TO THE ROOF DECK.
 8. EXIT EGRESS THROUGH THE BREAKROOM IS NOT NEEDED.
 SHOW EGRESS PATH TO CORRIDOR.
 9. ADD EXIT SIGNAGE TO DIRECT TO EGRESS POINTS.
