 THIS ADDITION ENCLOSES AN EXTERIOR DOOR AT REAR OF
 EXISTING BUILDING AND REVIEWER IS UNSURE IF THIS DOOR
 WAS A NEEDED EXIT EGRESS COMPONENT. IT IS THE REVIEWERS
 SUSPICION THAT THIS EXISTING BUILDING WOULD MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 1006.3.3 (1) FOR A SINGLE EXIT.
 CONFIRMATION OF THIS WILL BE NEEDED.
 LIFE SAFETY PAGE SHOWS EXIT EGRESS THROUGH AN ADJOINING
 ROOM. THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FBC 1016.2.
 I SPOKE WITH THE CONTRACTOR ABOUT THESE CONCERNS AND HE
 SAID HE WOULD SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND HAVE THE PLANS
 CORRECTED AND RESUBMIT.
