 I HAVE RECEIVED AND REVIEWED THE RETURN COMMENTS FROM
 THE PREVIOUS REVIEW. NO REVISED PLANS WERE REQUIRED AS
 REMAINING COMMENTS WERE MINIMAL. AT THIS TIME, PLANS
 ARE APPROVED TO MOVE FORWARD. COMMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH
 THIS REVIEW ARE BELOW IN BOLD. ANY QUESTIONS, THIS

 1. SAFEGUARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN PLACE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 1 AND NFPA 241, STANDARD FOR
 SAFEGUARDING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, AND DEMOLITION
 OPERATIONS. ENSURE CERTIFIED FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ARE
 PROPERLY LOCATED THROUGHOUT BUILDING DURING
 CONSTRUCTION AND NO SMOKING TAKES PLACE INSIDE THE
 BUILDING. NFPA 1: 16.1.1 ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED.

 2. PROVIDE LEGEND FOR LIFE SAFETY PAGE. LEGEND
 PROVIDED. COMMENT SATISFIED.
 3. ALL ROOMS SHALL BE LABELED/IDENTIFIED WITH SIGNAGE.
 SIGNAGE MAY BE PUT ON THE DOOR OR ADJACENT TO THE DOOR.
 ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMENT SATISFIED.
 4. ENSURE ADDRESS IS LOCATED ON BUILDING AT MAIN
 ENTRANCE. MINIMUM 6-INCH NUMBERS REQUIRED. ARCHITECT

 5. PROVIDE WHAT THE INTERIOR FINISH WILL BE FOR BOTH
 WALLS AND FLOOR. DID NOT SEE ATTACHED SPECS AS

 WALL CEILING FINISH CLASS PROVIDED. ARCHITECT HAS
 ADVISED THAT ALL INTERIOR FINISHES WILL BE CLASS A.

 6. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE DRAFT STOP IN THE ATTIC.
 ARCHITECT ADVISED TO SEE DETAIL ON UPDATED PAGE. NO
 DETAIL COULD BE FOUND. DETAIL PROVIDED. COMMENT

 7. SIGNAGE REQUIRED FOR BOTH TRANSFER SWITCH AND SHUNT
 TRIP. TYPICAL SIGNAGE IS RED BACKGROUND AND WHITE
 LETTERING. ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMENT SATISFIED.
 8. YELLOW DIAGONAL STRIPING WILL BE REQUIRED ON THE
 FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE ELECTRICAL PANELS. THIS IS TO
 DESIGNATE A NO STORAGE ZONE. NO STORAGE IS ALLOWED
 WITHIN 3 FT OF THE PANELS. ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED.

 9. ENSURE A LIGHTWEIGHT TRUSS SIGN IS INSTALLED ON
 EXTERIOR TO LEFT OF ENTRY/EXIT DOORS AT A HEIGHT
 BETWEEN 4 - 6 FEET. ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMENT
 SATISFIED.
 10. ELECTRICAL E1.2 SHALL HAVE A LEGEND FOR FIXTURES.
 LEGEND PROVIDED. COMMENT SATISFIED.
 11. ENSURE EMERGENCY LIGHTING IS IN RESTROOM. IT MAY
 BE, BUT NOT KNOW DUE TO NO FIXTURE LEGEND. EMERGENCY
 LIGHT IN EACH BATHROOM. CHANGE OUT A LIGHT ABOVE
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS (OUTSIDE OF RESTROOMS) TO AN
 EMERGENCY LIGHT. ARCHITECT ADVISED A GENERATOR IS BEING
 INSTALLED WITH A LIGHTING CIRCUIT FOR BACKUP. THIS IS
 BEING SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. THE AREA
 REQUESTED FOR LIGHTING WILL HAVE THRU THE GENERATOR.
 COMMENT SATISFIED.
 12. ACCESS CONTROL (EGRESS AREAS) SHALL COMPLY WITH
 CHAPTER 7 (7.2.1.6.2) OF NFPA 101. ARCHITECT ADVISED NO
 ACCESS CONTROL ON EGRESS SIDE AND TO SEE NOTE #3 ON
 PAGE SEC1.0. NO NOTE FOUND. ARCHITECT ADVISED THAT ALL
 DOORS HAVE FREE EGRESS. NO ACCESS CONTROL IS LOCATED ON
 EGRESS SIDE OF DOORS. COMMENT SATISFIED.
 13. PROVIDE NO STORAGE SIGNAGE IN ABOVE CEILING
 MECHANICAL ROOM. ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMENT
 SATISFIED.
 14. PROVIDE SIGNAGE BY LADDER STATING MECHANICAL ABOVE.
 ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMENT SATISFIED.
 15. TWO-WAY RADIO COMMUNICATION ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM IS
 REQUIRED (NFPA1:11.10.1). THIS IS TO ENSURE SIGNAL
 STRENGTH FOR FD COMMUNICATIONS CAN BE MAINTAINED DURING
 AN EMERGENCY. THIS IS DETERMINED BY THE LOCAL AHJ.
 CONTACT HIGHLANDS COUNTY FM FOR PROCESS. ARCHITECT
 ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMENT SATISFIED.
 16. WHEN LABELING/IDENTIFYING ROOMS, DOOR TO ROOM WHERE
 THE LADDER IS FOR MECHANICAL, THAT DOOR SHALL ALSO
 STATE MECHANICAL. ARCHITECT ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMENT
 SATISFIED.
 17. THERE IS A PROPANE TANK AND GENERATOR INDICATED IN
 THE PLAN. THIS REVIEWER REACHED OUT TO THE ARCHITECT TO
 SEE IF THIS IS EXISTING OR NEW. ARCHITECT ADVISED NEW
 FUTURE INSTALLATION. SEPARATE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED ON
 EACH ITEM TO OBTAIN A PERMIT TO INSTALL. ARCHITECT
