 AFTER FURTHER REVIEW OF THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION
 CODE 2010 EDITION THE OCCUPANCY WILL BE CLASS C -
 MERCANTILE WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF FEWER THAN 50
 PERSONS. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SINGLE
 MEANS OF EGRESS. IF IN THE FUTURE A REQUEST TO
 INCREASE THE OCCUPANCY LOAD RATING IS DESIRED, A
 SECONDARY MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE REQUIRED.
