"FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, THERE HAVE BEEN PREVIOUS
COMPLAINTS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON, AT LEAST SINCE
WE’VE MOVED HERE IN MAY OF 2022. ONCE THE
COMPLAINT IS CLOSED…THE EQUIPMENT RETURNS. CAN YOU
PLEASE CONFIRM IF COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT IS OR IS
NOT ALLOWED TO BE PARKED ON THIS PROPERTY. THE
LAND, 825 LEMANS, HAS BEEN CLEARED SINCE AROUND
1/4/26…THEY COME AND GO DAILY ….TAKE PIECES OF
EQUIPMENT AND LEAVE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT THROUGHOUT
EACH WEEK. OUR HOUSE PHYSICALLY SHAKES WHEN THEY
PASS WITH THE DUMP TRUCK. THIS ROAD IS NOT PAVED
AFTER 800 AND 801 LEMANS. (THE THROUGH WAY AND
PROPERTY HAS BEEN A PARKING AREA FOR THESE 2
PEOPLE/COMPANIES FOR YEARS.). THEY DO WHAT THEY
WANT AND HAVE BEEN BLAMING ME FOR EACH TIME A
REPORT HAS BEEN FILED…SO…HERE IT IS…MY FIRST
COMPLAINT."
