BOUGHT THE MOBILE HOME FROM DID NOT
FOLLOW THE PERMIT INSTRUCTIONS (COMPANY
PULLED PERMIT) AND HE IS TRYING TO HAVE
THEM CORRECT THE VIOLATION AND MOVE THE
HOME OVER TO MEET THE 10FT RULE. CEO
EXPLAINED TO HIM TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH
US TO INFORM HOW AND WHEN THE COMPANY
PLANS ON RESETTING THE MOBILE HOME.
PROPERTY OWNER WANTS TO HAVE THE
VIOLATION CORRECTED AS HE IS EAGER TO
HAVE A CO AND MOVE INTO HOME. DR 2HRS

GOOD AFTERNOON, EVERYONE.



THE PROPERTY OWNER OF 230 MARANATHA
VILLAGE WAS IN THE OFFICE TODAY TO
DISCUSS AVENUES OF RELIEF OF THE 10-FOOT
SEPARATION REQUIREMENT. THE PROPERTY
OWNER HAS OBTAINED THE MINOR REDUCTION
PAPERWORK AND WILL WORK ON GETTING IT
COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO US. HE WAS
ADVISED HE WILL NEED APPROVAL FROM THE
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINING. ADDITIONALLY, THE
PROPERTY OWNER IS NOT AT FAULT. HE HIRED
A CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL THE MOBILE HOME
AND UNFORTUNATELY, THE CONTRACTOR AND
ENGINEER WERE NOT AWARE OF THE
SEPARATION REQUIREMENT (THEY ARE NOT
LOCAL CONTACTORS).



HE HAS REACHED OUT TO THE ENGINEER TO
REACH OUT TO THE CONTACTOR TO WORK OUT A
SOLUTION TO CORRECT THE VIOLATION BUT
THE OWNER WOULD LIKE CE TO WORK WITH HIM
ON AN APPROPRIATE TIMEFRAME TO CORRECT
VIOLATION. JIM (THE PROPERTY OWNER) WILL
BE SPEAKING TO THE PARK AND THE NEIGHBOR
TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION.
