PENDING. THERE ARE MINOR ELECTRICAL
ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. THE
SWITCH TO THE KITCHEN LIGHT NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED. I OBSERVED 3 OR 4 OUTLETS THAT
ARE LOOSE IN THE WALL SOCKET. THEY WILL
NEED TO BE PROPERLY SECURED. BATH VENT
FANS ARE FUNCTIONAL ALTHOUGH REPORTED AS
A PROBLEM. THERE ARE PLUMBING ISSUES
WITH REPORTED DRAIN SYSTEM BACKING UP
INTO SHOWER. SEPTIC SYSTEM HAS RECENTLY
BEEN REPLACED BUT ISSUES CONTINUE.
SEPTIC COMPANY COMES AND PUMPS TANK BUT
ISSUES COME BACK. THE TOILETS IN BOTH
THE HALL BATH AND THE MASTER BATH NEED
TO BE PROPERLY SET AND GROUTED TO SEAL
AND SECURE IN PLACE. I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD FOR
THEIR INFORMATION WITH REQUEST TO CALL
THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643)
WHEN REPAIRS ARE MADE FOR RE-INSPECTION
TO CLOSE THIS CASE.
