UNFORTUNATELY, THE SIGN STILL IS NOT IN
COMPLIANCE. IN ORDER TO REMEDY THE
VIOLATION, HE WAS GIVEN A FEW OPTIONS TO
CHOSE FROM. OPTIONS INCLUDED RE-LOCATING
THE SIGN WITHIN THE FENCE LINE TO BE A
PART OF THE EXISTING FENCE (I.E. CATTLE
FENCING, VINYL FENCE WHICH IS ACTING AS
THE SIGN, CATTLE FENCING), MEETING THE
15-FOOT SETBACK, OR APPLYING FOR A
VARIANCE. COMPLIED/CLOSED 1 HR SE

THAT WERE PLACED IN THE ROW. HE
MENTIONED THAT THEY REPLACED A
PREEXISTING SIGN THAT WAS CLOSER TO THE
ROAD. HE WAS INFORMED THAT A PERMIT
SHOULD HAVE BEEN OBTAINED, THE SIGN IS
NOT PERMITTED IN THE ROW (THE PREVIOUS
SIGN MAY HAVE BEEN “GRANDFATHERED” BUT
REMOVING IT FOR ANY REASON AND REPLACING
IT TRIGGERS IT MEETS THE REGULATIONS IN
EFFECT), NEEDS TO BE SETBACK A MINIMUM
15-FEET FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE (AS
LONG AS IT CONFORMS WITH THE OTHER
SETBACK REGULATIONS), CAN NOT OBSTRUCT
THE VISIBILITY OF PEDESTRIANS OR
MOTORISTS, AND MUST BE LOCATED ENTIRELY
WITHIN THE PROPERTY LINES. BRYCE
UNDERSTANDS AND WILL WORK ON GETTING THE
SIGNS REMOVED, HOPEFULLY, ON TUESDAY. SE
