THIS PROPERTY AND I HAVE RECEIVED AN
INITIAL WARNING FOR LAWN CARE
MAINTENANCE IN JULY 2025 BUT THEN IN
AUGUST 2025 I RECEIVED A VIOLATION WITH
A FEE OF 100$ DUE BY AUGUST 31 2025. I
HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND
HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF SITUATION
HAPPEN. I AM DISABLED AND A SINGLE
MOTHER OF THREE. I HAVE BEEN DOING MY
BEST TO MAINTAIN THE LAWN CARE. I CAN
ADMIT IN JULY IT MAY HAVE GOTTEN A
LITTLE HIGH IN THE BACK YARD BUT I CAN
ASSURE YOU SINCE THE INITIAL WARNING I
HAVE HAD MY SON AND FAMILY MEMBERS
MAINTAIN IT. I'M CONFUSED AS TO HOW A
VIOLATION WAS GIVEN. ALSO IT SAYS ON THE
HIGHLANDS COUNTY WEBSITE THAT COMPLAINTS
ARE PUBLIC RECORD. HOW WOULD I BE ABLE
TO ACCESS THIS INFORMATION? WOULD THIS
BE THROUGH THE CLERK OF COURTS WEBSITE
SINCE IT IS A CITATION? PLEASE IF YOU
CAN GIVE ME ANY INSIGHT OR INFORMATION
AS TO WHERE THIS IS ORIGINATING FROM AND
HOW I MAY MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T
