AND POSSIBLY A FENCE. WE DISCUSSED THE
FENCE REGULATIONS (NO FENCE INTENDED TO
OBSCURE VISIBILITY IS PERMITTED WITHIN
THE FIRST 25 FEET OF THE PROPERTY).
ADDITIONALLY, THE SHED IS BEING USED FOR
STORAGE SO WE WILL BE ISSUING PLANNING
AND ZONING APPROVAL OF IT’S LOCATION,
ONCE HE RETURNS WITH THE SURVEY AND SHED
ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. FURTHERMORE, WE
DISCUSSED THE SIGNAGE ADVERTISING THE
“WELL WATER DRILLING” IS NOT PERMITTED
AND MUST BE REMOVED. WE DISCUSSED HIS
BUSINESS MIGHT NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE
AU DISTRICT (WHERE HE INTENDS TO
“RELOCATE”).

LASTLY, WE DISCUSSED THE PIPE THAT
APPEARS TO BE COMING OUT OF THE SHED OR
OUT FROM UNDER THE SHED (PER GOOGLE
IMAGING). FROM MY UNDERSTANDING IT
SOUNDS AS IF THE PROPERTY OWNER MAY HAVE
TIED INTO HIS WELL OR DUG A NEW WELL TO
FILL UP HIS WATER TANKS FOR HIS
BUSINESS. IF SO, I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE
ANY PERMITS ON FILE (I ALSO VERIFIED
WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
DEPARTMENT).
