ALSO SHOWED US UNEVEN PATIO STONES IN
THE BACK YARD AND WEEDS GROWING IN THE
GUTTER SYSTEM. WHILE ONSITE WE OBSERVED
THE CARPORT ROOF NEEDING MAINTENANCE.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE
REPAIRED/CORRECTED AND A FOLLOW UP
INSPECTION SCHEDULED TO CLOSE THIS CASE.
1. ALL WINDOWS WILL NEED TO BE MADE
OPERABLE.
2. THE FLOOR SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE MADE
STRUCTURALLY SOUND IN THE KITCHEN AND
BACK BEDROOM AREAS.
3. THE GUTTERS NEED TO BE CLEANED.
THE CARPORT ROOF IS NOT A VIOLATION AT
THIS TIME BUT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
TO REPLACE/REPAIR ROTTED RAFTERS. I WILL
SEND A COPY OF THIS REPOPRT TO OWNER OF
RECORD FOR THEIR INFORMATION. PLEASE
CALL THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
(863-402-6643) TO SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION
AND AVOID FURTHER CODE ENFORCEMENT
