BUT SHE EXPECTS THAT HER MOTHER WILL
REFUSE TO MOVE INTO TEMPORARY HOUSING
WHILE REPAIRS ARE DONE. SHE WANTED ME TO
CONDEMN HER HOME TO FORCE HER MOTHER TOP
MOVE OUT. I ASKED IF FEMA WAS PLANNING
TO REPAIR OR REPLACE HER HOME TO WHICH
DAUGHTER HAD NO INFORMATION. BIYAMA SAID
FEMA HAD CONDEMNED THE HOME BUT THAT WAS
NOT CONVINCING HER MOTHER OF EXTENT OF
DAMAGES. I TOLD BIYAMA THAT WHEN
TEMPORARY HOUSING WAS SET UP AND READY
FOR MOVE IN AND WHEN PERMIT WAS APPLIED
FOR TO REHAB OR REPLACE THE HOME SHE
WOULD NEED TO CONVINCE HER MOTHER TO
MOVE OUT. MY CONDEMNATION IS NOT
NECESSARY AT THIS POINT. I WILL CLOSE
THIS CASE AS THIS IS NOT NEEDED AS HOME
HAS APPARENTLY BEEN INSPECTED BY OTHER
AUTHORITY. CLOSE CASE.
