SIDEWALK IS SLOPED TO REMOVE STEP AT
FRONT PORCH. THIS NEW SLOPED WALKWAY
LEAVES AN 8"-9" DROP OFF ALONG THE UPPER
SIDE OF THE WALK CLOSEST TO THE PORCH.
THE GRADE BESIDE THIS NEW WALKWAY NEEDS
TO BE RAISED TO A MINIMUM OF 7 3/4"
WHICH WOULD BE MAXIMUN STEP HEIGHT.
5"-6" WOULD BE PREFERABLE. TENANT SAID
SHE WOULD INFORM MAINTENANCE STAFF OF
THIS REQUIREMENT. I WILL CLOSE THIS
CASE.
