AS OF TODAY’S DATE, AN INTERIOR REMODEL
PERMIT HAS NOT BEEN OBTAINED FOR THE
REPAIRS/REHAB OF THE STRUCTURE THAT ARE
CURRENTLY BEING COMPLETED, WHICH IS
REQUIRED. MR. LONGSHORE ALSO REQUIRES AN
INTERIOR ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS REPORT.

IN PREVIOUS CONVERSATIONS, I HAD
INFORMED YOU THAT THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
WANTED TO COMPLETE AN INTERIOR
INSPECTION OF THE STRUCTURE, AS HE RED
TAGGED THE STRUCTURE UNFIT FOR HUMAN
OCCUPANCY ON DECEMBER 17, 2024.
