HIM THAT THIS PROPERTY IS ZONED B2, AND
CE JD WAS UNSURE THAT THE USE OF
DUPLEXES WOULD BE ALLOWED IN THIS ZONING
DISTRICT. I WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH
ZONING. LATER, MET WITH AK IN ZONING AND
EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL
DUPLEXES AT THIS LOCATION, AND THE
PROPERTY WAS FOR SALE. SHE HAS TO DO
SOME MORE RESEARCH TO SEE IF THIS IS
