TENANT COMPLAINT. TUB RUNS NON STOP, THEY HAVE TO
SHUT THE WATER OFF OUTSIDE TO GET IT TO STOP AND
THEY HAVE TO BRING BUCKETS OF WATER IN TO FLUSH
THE TOILETS. MISSING A WINDOW, NONE OF THE WINDOWS
CLOSE PROPERLY, SOME CAN NOT BE OPENED, MOST OF
THE SCREENS ARE DAMAGED OR GONE. STOVE WAS TAKEN
APART AFTER THEY LOOKED AT THE HOUSE BEFORE THEY
MOVED IN, CAN NOT USE IT, THEY LEFT A HOT PLATE
FOR THEM TO USE. THE FRIDGE DOES NOT WORK
PROPERLY. LEAK IN LAUNDRY ROOM CAUSES THE PUMP FOR
WELL TO RUN NON-STOP. BACK DOOR IS NOT SECURE.
FRONT DOOR IS MISSING KICK PLATE AND VERMIN ARE
COMING IN. THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK. THEY
HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROPER GARBAGE CANS. THEY HAVE
SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO LANDLORD/MANAGER WITH NO
RESPONSE. MANAGER IS ERIC SPIVEY 904-276-2555
