STRUCTURE DOES NOT MEET STANDARD HOUSING
REQUIREMENTS FOR HABITATION AND WILL
HAVE TO BE REHABILITATED. I WILL SEND A
COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD
FOR THEIR INFORMATION. I WILL ALSO
PROVIDE A COPY TO TENANT FOR THEIR
ASSISTANCE WITH FEMA.

TO STRUCTURE. MET TENANT ONSITE. THIS IS
A SMALL FISHING CABIN HIDDEN IN THE
WOODED AREA AT THE END OF EAVES ROAD.
TREE LIMBS HAVE FALLEN ON THE ROOF OF
THIS STRUCTURE. WITH CONDITIONS AROUND
THE HOME IT WAS DIFFICULT TO VISUALLY
SEE IF THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE ROOF
ASSEMBLY. STRUCTURAL DAMAGE WAS NOT
OBSERVED. THE FRONT PORCH DECK WAS
DAMAGED DUE TO DETERIORATION. THIS
STRUCTURE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN A CABIN.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE STRUCTURE
APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE
STRUCTURE WITHOUT PERMITTING AND
INSPECTION. ENTRY/ EXIT DOORS ARE
FUNCTIONAL BUT DO NOT MEET STANDARD
HOUSING CODE REGULATIONS FOR
WEATHERTIGHT INSTALLATION. THE
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS A MAJOR CONCERN. IT
COULD NOT BE DETERMINED WHERE THE
ELECTRICAL POWER WAS FED. CONDITIONS IN
THE STRUCTURE LIMITED INSPECTION OF THE
ELECTGRICAL INSTALLATION. LIGHT AND
VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS ARE ALSO
QUESTIONABLE. STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
APPEAR TO BE INTACT BUT FULL INSPECTION
COULD NOT BE DONE DUE TO CONDITION OF
THE PREMISES AND INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT.
STRUCTURE DOES NOT MEET STANDARD HOUSING
REGULATIONS FOR HABITATION AND WILL HAVE
TO BE REHABILITATED TO MEET STANDARD
HOUSING CODE REGULATIONS. THIS WILL
REQUIRE PERMITTING AND INSPECTION. I
WILL LOOK FURTHER INTO WHETHER THIS
STRUCTURE IS EVEN DOCUMENTED ON THE
PROPERTY APPRAISER SITE.
