COUNTY ZONING/DEPARTMENT TO PULL PERMIT
FOR THE STRUCTURE. CEO SHOW BUILDING
OFFICIAL OF STRUCTURE AND HE STATED THAT
IT WOULD NEED A PERMIT. CEO ALSO
EXPLAINED TO HER ABOUT THAT SETBACKS OF
STRUCTURES AND THAT SHE WOULD BE UNABLE
TO KEEP HOG. SHE THEN ASKED ABOUT
ATV/DIRTBIKES AND I INFORMED HER THAT
THEY HAVE TO BE IN RUNNING CONDITION AND
SHE ASKED WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE BROKE
DOWN. I EXPLAINED THAT IF IT WAS
SOMETHING THAT COULD BE FIX IN A
REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT’S FINE
BUT THERE COULDN’T BE PARTS SCATTED
THROUGHOUT YARD. I ASKED IF THE TRAILER
IN REAR PROPERTY TAGS AND SHE STATED SHE
COULD NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION BECAUSE
THE TRAILERS WASN’T HERS AND IT WAS HER
HUSBANDS FRIENDS TRAILER. CEO EXPLAINED
TO HER THAT RECREATIONAL VEHICLES THAT
ARE NOT REGISTERED TO THE OWNER/TENANT
CAN NOT BE STORED ON THEIR PROPERTY. SHE
STATED THAT CEO COULD CALL HER HUSBAND
ABOUT THE TAGS TO THE TRAILER
