RECEIVED CALL FROM TENANT. PROPERTY OWNER WILL NOT
FIX ROOF WHICH HAS BECOME DELAPITATED AND IS
STARTING TO BUCKLE. OWNER PLACED BLUE TARP OVER IT
AND STATED IT WILL NOT BE FIXED. WATER HAS ENTERED
THE HOME AND CREATED MOLD AND MILDEW. FLOORING OF
MOBILE HAS STRUCTURAL ISSUES. EXTERIOR ON BACK
SIDE TOWARDS RIGHT OF UNIT, A WATER SEALER WAS
SUPPOSED TO APPLIED BUT HAS NOT, COMPLETED AND
ALSO COLLECTING MOLD. SEVEN MONTHS OF BACK AND
FORTH BETWEEN OWNER AND TENANT.

INSPECTION. MADE SITE VISIT AND SPOKE
WITH TEANAT. THE WINDOW WITH A/C UNIT IS
LEAKING AND THE ENTRY DOOR IS REPORTED
TO BE LEAKING. REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE TO
THESE LOCATIONS AND THERE WERE NO SIGNS
OF MOISTURE DURING INSPECTION ALTHOUGH
IT HAD RAINED LAST NIGHT. REPAIRS MAY
HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL. OTHER LEAKS ARE
REPORTED IN THE BEDROOM ADDITIONS AT
ROOF INTERSECTIONS AND ALONG THE PAN
ROOF SYSTEM. A TARP HAS BEEN INSTALLED
OVER SOME OF THESE LOCATIONS. THERE ARE
ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH OPEN WIRING IN
THE LAUNDRY ROOM AREA, A DISLODGED
OUTLET IN THE KITCHEN AREA AND OPEN
WIRING ON THE EXTERIOR UNDER THE
CARPORT. THERE IS ALSO EXPOSED OSB
PLYWOOD ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE UNIT THAT
IS NOT PROTECTED OR COVERED AND IT HAS
WEATHERED. THIS OSB NEEDS TO BE COVERED
OR REPLACED WITH EXTERIOR SIDING. I WILL
SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF
RECORD FOR THEIR INFORMATION WITH
REQUEST TO CALL THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
(863-402-6643) WHEN REPAIRS ARE MADE FOR
RE-INSPECTION TO CLOSE THIS CASE.

WAS REMOVED AND REPAIRS ARE MADE FOR
INSPECTION TO CLOSE CASE.
