OBSERVATION OF THIS AREA I NOTICED
UNDERGROUND LOCATION MARKINGS. I LATER
CONFIRMED THAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS
ISSUED A REPAIR PERMIT FOR THIS SEPTIC
SYSTEM. WHILE REPAIR OF THIS SYSTEM IS
BEING DONE SITE WORK NEEDS TO BE
ADDESSED DIRECTING WATER AWAY FROM THIS
ALCOVE AREA.

BEING TRIPPED. RESOLVED MOST OF THOSE
ISSUES. ELECTRICAL ISSUES REMAIN IN
BEDROOM AREA. OTHER COMPLAINTS COULD NOT
BE CONFIRMED EXCEPT THE SEPTIC TANK
ISSUES. I CALLED JASON WITH THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT AND THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN OUT
TO ADDRESS ISSUES WHICH TENANT DID NOT
ALUDE TO. I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD TO INFORM OF
SEPTIC ISSUES AND THAT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
IN THE BEDROOM AREA NEEDS TO BE
INVESTIGATED AND CORRECTED. PLEASE CALL
THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643)
WHEN REPAIRS AND CORRECTIONS ARE MADE
FOR REINSPECTION TO CLOSE THIS CASE.
