HEATHER ONSITE TO MAKE INSPECTION. THIS
IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE HOME IN POOR
CONDITION.ALL OF THE WINDOWS WILL NEED
TO BE REPLACED ALONG WITH BOTH OF THE
EXTERIOR DOORS. THERE IS CEILING DAMAGE
WHERE CEILING HAS BROKEN LOOSE AND IN
DANGER OF COLLAPSE. THERE ARE SEVERAL
AREAS THAT THE FINISH FLOORING HAS BEEN
REMOVED AND AREAS THAT THE SUB-FLOOR IS
SOFT TO POINT OF BEING A DANGER OF
COLLAPSE. THE TUB SPLASH IS DAMAGED TO
POINT THAT THERE IS A LARGE HOLE IN THE
WALL. THGERE ARE ELECTRICAL ISSUES THAT
WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED/CORRECTED, NOT
LIMITED TO DRAPED WIRING WHERE AN
INTERIOR WALL HAS BEEN REMOVED. IT IS MY
OPINION THAT THE COSTS OF THESE REPAIRS
WILL EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE UNIT AND
THEREFORE RECOMMEND TO HAVE THE UNIT
DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE.

THAT CONDEMNATION WOULD BE SUBJECT TO
OCCUPANCY. FURTHER CONVERSATION INVOLVED
CLARIFICATION THAT DEMOLITION WOULD BE
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARK SINCE
THEY WERE THE LAND OWNER. EXTENDED
DISCUSSION RELATING TO RESPONSIBILITY OF
LIVING CONDITIONS ON THE TENANT, UNIT
OWNER RESPONSIBILTIES AND PARK OWNER
RESPONSIBILITIES. CONVERSTAION ENDED
WITH UNDERSTANDING THAT HEATHER WOULD
GET TENANT REMOVED AND CALL BACK FOR AN
INSPECTION.
