AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE HOME THAT IS
STRUCTURALLY SOUND BUT IN NEED OF
REPAIR. THE FOLLOWING REPAIRS WILL NEED
TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE OCCUPANCY.
1. THE ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS
WILL NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND
REPAIRED BY LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.
PERMITTING AND INSPECTION WILL BE
REQUIRED FOR THESE REPAIRS.
2. ALL WINDOWS WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED
OR MADE OPERABLE TO FUNCTION AS
DESIGNED.
3. THE HAND FRAMED ROOF STRUCTURE
BETWEEN THE MOBILE HOME AND SHED WILL
HAVE TO BE REMOVED.
4. ALL WINDOWS WILL NEED TO HAVE SCREENS
INSTALLED.
5. THE SHED STRUCTURE WILL NEED TO BE
BROUGHT TO CONDITION OF BEING CONSIDERED
STRUCTURALLY AND IN GOOD REPAIR.
6. ALL INTERIOR FLOORS, WALLS AND
CEILINGS WILL NEED TO BE FREE OF HOLES
AND IN GOOD REPAIR.
7. ALL INTERIOR DOORS MUST FIT PROPERLY
IN THE FRAMES AND BE PROVIDED WITH
FUNCTIONAL HARDWARE. THE BATHROOM DOOR
HARDWARE MUST HAVE A PRIVACY LOCK.
8. THE STRUCTURE AND PREMISES MUST BE
CLEARED OF DEBRIS, GARBAGE AND NO OPEN
STORAGE OF ABANDONED ITEMS.

AFTER VISIT TO INFORM OF VIOLATIONS AND
DISCUSSED OPTIONS FOR HER TO CONSIDER.
SHE INDIICATED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO
CONTACT A REALTOR TO SEE IF SHE COULD
SELL THIS PROPERTY AS IS.

AND SAID IT IS COMPLETELY GUTTED ON THE
INSIDE. SHIRLEY IS WONDERING WHAT OTHER
VIOLATIONS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED.

POWER CONNECTED WHICH KEVIN SAID HAD
BEEN "RIGGED" AND THAT THE POWER COMPANY
HAD CUT POWER DUE TO FIRE IN THE METER
CAN. I WILL TURN OVER TO CODE
ENFORCEMENT TO TRACK OWNERSHIP AND
REQUEST ENTRY FOR INSPECTION.
