I HAVE MADE A SILVER LINE, AS TO WHAT I
BELIEVE WOULD BE THE “FRONT” OF THIS
PROPERTY (ZONED R1-A). AS I REALIZE
THERE IS A SLIGHT CURVE TO THE PROPERTY,
I AM CREATING THIS FOR OUR QUESTION.

1. THE STRUCTURES FROM THE LINE TO THE
ROADWAY (PERMITS NOT PULLED), ONE BEING
A CARPORT (IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE) AND
SHED, WOULD NOT BE PERMITTED, IS THIS A
CORRECT ASSUMPTION?
2. THE COMPLAINT CAME INTO OUR OFFICE
FOR TWO RECREATIONAL VEHICLES NOT
MEETING-SETBACKS. AFTER INSPECTION, THEY
DO NOT, BUT, LOOKING AT THIS PROPERTY,
THERE WOULD BE NO OTHER LOCATION ON THIS
ODD, SHAPED PARCEL TO EVEN ACCOMMODATE
RV PARKING REGARDLESS OF IF THE
NON-PERMITTED SHED STRUCTURE WAS NOT
THERE, DO YOU AGREE?

WE ARE CONFIRMING THIS INFORMATION
FURTHER WITH YOU ALL, TO PROVIDE A MORE
DEFINITIVE ANSWER TO THE OWNERS. I AM
NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE A BETTER WAY TO
GIVE HER A DRAWING, WITH A MORE CURVED
AND ACCURATE FRONT SET-BACK, IF YOU CAN
CREATE SUCH A THING, THAT WOULD BE VERY
HELPFUL.

ODD, SHAPED LOTS LIKE THESE, ARE NEVER
FUN, SO WE WANTED TO BE SURE.

NOT ON THEIR PROPERTY, CLAIMING IT IS

THAT THEY WERE TOLD WHEN THE SMALL
GRAVEL DRIVEWAY WAS PUT IN THEY WOULD
NOT HAVE TO MEET SETBACKS. I ASKED HER
FOR DOCUMENTATION ON THAT. THEY ARE
SELLING THE FIFTH WHEEL SO THAT SHOULD
BE GONE SOON. AND SO WILL THE
