ONE POLE STRUCTURE HAS COLLAPSED AND
LAYS IN A PILE WITH PIECES BLOWING IN
THE WIND. THE OTHER IS A WOOD FRAME SHED
STRUCTURE THAT HAS DOORS FALLEN OR
MISSING AND IS STREWN WITH CLUTTER. THE
PREMISES ARE ALSO CLUTTERED WITH DEBRIS.
THIS STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE
DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE AS
REHABILITATION WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE
VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE. ONCE PRIMARY
STRUCTURE IS REMOVED THE ACCESSORY
STRUCTURES WILL BECOME A VIOLATION,
THEREFORE THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURES WILL
