WHAT WE FOUND.

STARTING AT LOT 101 FIRST UNIT TO THE
RIGHT.
1. SOME AREAS OF HIGH GRASS/WEEDS.
2. UTILITY TRAILER, ENCLOSED, DOES THIS
HAVE CURRENT TAGS, AND IT IS NOT MEETING
SETBACKS ON THE SIDE. MUST BE 7 ½ FEET
FROM THE WHITE PRIVACY FENCE, MAY NOT
HAVE ROOM TO PARK IT THERE.
3. THE CARPORT AREA HAS BUILDING
MATERIALS, CAR PARTS, LOOKS LIKE
INOPERABLE MOWERS, AND SUCH BY THE SHED,
LEFT SIDE.
4. THE CALLER INDICATED THAT THE SHADE
STRUCTURE WAS AN ISSUE, AS THIS IS A
TEMPORARY STRUCTURE, I AM NOT SURE
PERMITTING WOULD BE APPLICABLE HERE, BUT
I AM GOING TO CHECK WITH ERIC, THE
BUILDING OFFICIAL.

NEXT LOT 102, 30525-GOOD.

LOT, WE ARE CALLING 103, HIGH
GRASS/WEEDS, REAR YARD IS BAD, TRASH AND
DEBRIS/BUILDING MATERIALS ETC. WE SPOKE
TO THE OWNER AND ASKED HER TO PLEASE MOW
AND CLEAN UP THE AREA.

30517 (LOT 107?) THERE IS A LARGE PILE
OF TREE DEBRIS AT REAR. IF SHE IS
KEEPING THE LOGS FOR A BURN PIT, THAT IS
FINE TO HAVE IT STACKED, BUT THE LARGE
PILE OF TREE DEBRIS NEEDS REMOVED. WE
DID SPEAK WITH HER, AND SHE SAID SHE LET
YOU KNOW OR HAS SPOKEN TO YOU REGARDING
THIS, AND IT WILL BE REMOVED. I WOULD
LIKE TO SEE ALL THAT TREE DEBRIS TAKEN
AND DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.

LAST LOT ON THIS SIDE, PRETTY GOOD.
SPOKE WITH HER, AND ASKED HER TO WEED IN
BETWEEN THE SUNFLOWERS, AND IF SHE
REMOVES ANY MORE FENCING, PLEASE DISPOSE
OF PROPERLY. SHE DID ASK ABOUT HOW TO
DISPOSE OF A FENCING PIPE WITH SOME
CONCRETE ON IT, LAYING ON THE GROUND
NEXT THE FENCE SHE IS REMOVING, INFORMED
HER THAT SHE CAN ALSO TAKE THAT TO THE
LANDFILL. THE CHILDREN’S TOYS AND
TRAMPOLINE ARE OK WITH US, BUT I AM NOT
SURE IF YOU WANT OR LIKE THAT IN YOUR
ROADWAY. ANYWHERE ELSE THAT WOULD BE A
VIOLATION, BUT THIS IS YOUR PRIVATE
ROAD.
