LANDLORD HAS IGNORED ISSUES WITHEXPOSED BEAMS
INCLUDING ELECTRICAL. SHED ON PROPERTY WAS BEING
LIVED OUT OF. 5 LOCATIONS OF PIPING THAT ARE NOT
UP TO CODE. RAT INFESTATION IN THE TENANTS FOOD
SUPPLY. SHOWER HAS HOLES IN THE WALLS WITH A
CRAKED DRAINED. SEVERAL PLACES THROUGHOUT THE
HOUSE HAS EXPOSED WIRING WITH CAPS ON IT. SEVERAL
OUTLETS DO NOT WORK AND HAVE CRACKED PLATES. STOVE
SMOKES WHEN TURNED ON. SMOKE DETECTORS DO NOT
FUNCTION/DEFECTIVE SMOKE DECTECTOR.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ALSO NEED TO BE
ADDRESSED/CORRECTED.
1. A RELIEF LINE NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED
ON THE WATER HEATER.
2. THE ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS TO THE
DISHWASHER NEED TO BE PROPERLY
TERMINATED.
3. BLANKS NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
METER/MAIN PANEL.
4. THE EXTERIOR LIGHT AT THE POWER POLE
NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR DISCONNECTED
FROM POWER SOURCE.
5. THE KITCHEN HOOD VENT NEEDS TO BE
PROPERLY CONNECTED TO ELECTRIC SUPPLY
AND BE PROPERLY FUNCTIONAL.
6. THE CANOPY ON THE CEILING FAN NEEDS
TO BE PROPERLY INSTALLED.
7. THE ELECTRIC RANGE NEEDS TO BE
INVESTIGATED AND BE MADE PROPERLY
FUNCTIONAL.
8. THERE ARE AREAS OF THE CEILING THAT
HAVE HOLES AND NEED TO BE REPAIRED.
9. THE BATHROOM VANITY TOP IS NOT
SECURE. THIS NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY
SECURED TO NOT DAMAGE PLUMBING.
10. THE BETHROOM WINDOW NEEDS TO BE MADE
FUNCTIONAL.
11. BOTH ENTRY DOORS NEED TO BE MADE
WEATHERTIGHT.
