EMAILED RECEIVED FROM GLADES ELECTRIC:
OUR METER TECH STOPPED BY THE LOCATION TODAY
BECAUSE WE NOTICED 485 HOBBS HAD POWER AT THE
LOCATION AND DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT WITH
US. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, WE REALIZED 485
HOBBS RD HAS EXPOSED UNDERGROUND WIRE RAN FROM THE
BREAKER PANEL AT 489 HOBBS RD TO POWER UP THE
HOME. THE WIRE IS BEING RAN ACROSS AN ENTIRE
PARCEL. SINCE THE OWNER OF THE HOME, MR. PALMER,
HAS GIVEN THE FOLKS AT 485 PERMISSION TO USE HIS
POWER AND THEY ARE NOT STEALING IT, WE ARE
UNAUTHORIZED TO TAKE ANY FURTHER ACTION. WE HAVE
ALREADY DISCONNECTED EVERYTHING WE CAN AT 485
HOBBS RD DUE TO OTHER CONCERNS. PLEASE NOTE, 485
HOBBS RD HAS MANY CAMERAS AROUND THE PERIMETER.
