CAMPER. HE STAYS THERE 2 TO 3 WEEKS OUT OF THE
MONTH. HIS SHED IS ALSO NOT PLACED CORRECTLY PER
CODE AS IT IS BEING USED FOR PERSONAL STORAGE AND
NOT FOR BUILDING MATERIAL. THE CAMPER IS NOT
SUPPOSED TO BE PLACED IN FRONT OF THE DWELLING AND
HE CANNOT LIVE IN IT WITHOUT PROPER WATER AND
SEWAGE.

WITH THE BUILDER ON PROGRESS OF THE
HOME. JAVIER STATES HE DOES NOT HAVE A
SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLETED YET, THERE IS A
PORT-A-POTTY ON THE LOT BECAUSE HE HAS
AN ACTIVE BUILDING PERMIT. AND THAT HAS
TO BE CLEANED ONCE A MONTH PER THE
PERMIT. HE DOES HAVE THE RV THERE AND
THAT IS RUN ON SOLAR. SAYS HE HAS NEVER
STAYED IN IT BECAUSE HE ONLY COMES TO
TOWN FOR THE DAY. WHEN HE IS THERE HE
WILL HOOK AN EXT CORD FROM THE RV TO AN
ELECTRIC MOWER AND TRIMMER TO KEEP UP
WITH THE YARD AND TREES. WENT OVER
