BETWEEN 4 PM AND GO UNTIL 10-MIDNIGHT. WEEKENDS
MUSIC IS GENERALLY ALL DAY AND NIGHT. THE MUSIC IS
LOUD ENOUGH TO BE HEARD INSIDE WITH THE DOORS AND
WINDOWS CLOSED. THIS HOME IS A RENTAL AND THE
NOISE LEVEL HAS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE MARCH 2023.

TO THE PROPERTY AND A DAY LATER THE LOUD
MUSIC WAS CONTINUED. THE NEIGHBORS FEEL
THEY CAN NO LONGER ASK THEM TO TURN DOWN
THEIR MUSIC WITHOUT AN ALTERCATION. SENT
