PROPERTY AT 640 SCHLOSSER ROAD, AND EXCEEDS HEIGHT
AND LENGTH ALLOWANCE AS PER HIGHLANDS COUNTY CODE
12.10.218, WHICH LIMITS RECREATIONAL VEHICLES TO
NO MORE THAN 6' IN HEIGHT AND 18' IN LENGTH.
MOTORHOME IS SO HIGH IN FACT, THAT IT IS LIKE A
GIANT WALL WHICH BLOCKS THE VIEW OF THE STREET
FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY.
2. SAID MOTORHOME IS PARKED LESS THAN 8" FROM
ADJACENT PROPERTY, NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH
HIGHLANDS COUNTY CODE 12.10.218, WHICH STATES
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES CAN BE NO CLOSER THAN 7 1/2
FEET FROM ADJACENT PROPERTY.
3. SAID MOTORHOME IS SO LONG THAT IT EXTENDS OUT
INTO THE RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT.
THIS RV HAS BEEN PARKED HERE SINCE THE HOMEOWNER
MOVED IN, AND HOMEOWNER HAS NO PLANS TO MOVE IT. I
HAVE A FINANCIAL INTEREST IN A NEARBY HOME, AND
THIS RV IS A TRAFFIC HAZARD AND DEVALUES THE HOMES
ON THE STREET.
