CONDITION. THE STRUCTURAL STABILITY OF
THE FLOOR SYSTEM HAS BEEN COMPROMISED TO
POINT THAT INTERIOR INSPECTION WAS
HAZARDOUS. SUB-FLOOR HAS BEEN REPLACED
IN AREAS BUT NOT COMPLETED. THE FLOOR
FRAMING HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND PARTIALLY
REPLACED IN THE MASTER BATHROOM AREA.
THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM HAS BEEN ALTERED
LEAVING OPEN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS. THE
PLUMBING SYSTEM HAS BEEN ALTERED DURING
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FLOOR SYSTEM.
INTERIOR WALLS ARE DAMAGED AND IN NEED
OF REPAIR. WINDOWS ARE INOPERABLE AND IN
NEED OF SCREENS. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A
ROOF OVER SYSTEM THE CEILINGS SHOW SIGNS
OF WATER INTRUSION. A NEW ROOF SYSTEM
WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED. WITH THE
EXTENT OF REPAIRS NEEDED AND PARTIALLY
STARTED INSPECTION OF A HUD CERTIFIED
INSPECTOR WILL NEED TO BE OBTAINED AND A
COPY OF THEIR REPORT WILL NEED TO BE
PROVIDED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
BEFORE ISSUANCE OF INSTALLATION PERMIT.
