REGULATIONS AS IT IS TALLER THAN THE
HOME. OWNER IS IN PROCESS OF OBTAINING A
PERMIT FOR A NEW HOME ON THIS PROPERTY.
THIS WILL REQUIRE VOIDING THE UNITY OF
TITLE AND HAVING HOUSE PLANS DRAWN.
PLACEMENT OF THE NEW HOME ON THIS LOT
WILL HAVE TO INCLUDE COMPLIANCE WITH
ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THIS GARAGE. ONCE
