ROOF, OVERGROWN YARD, PESTS AND RODENTS,
ETC. WE CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT BAD SHAPE
IT MUST BE ON THE INSIDE! IT IS
DEVALUING OUR PROPERTY VALUES ON OUR
STREET AND IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE WORK
HARD AND INVEST OUR OWN MONEY INTO
MAINTAINING OUR HOMES TO KEEP OUR
NEIGHBORHOOD LOOKING NICE AND PROPERTY
VALUES UP. THIS HOUSE IS TRULY AN
EYESORE AND IS ALSO CREATING AN
UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR THOSE LIVING
AROUND IT. THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE
ADDRESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OUR
NEIGHBORS FEEL THE SAME WAY WE DO AND
