CALLER LIVES ON 150 CARTER. SHE STATES THERE ARE
EXPOSED LIVE WIRES HANGING FROM THE CEILING. FLOOR
IN THE BATHROOM IS ROTTED AND TOILET IS ABOUT TO
FALL THROUGH. THEY ARE UNABLE TO USE THEIR
RESTROOM.

THAT SHE HAD BEEN RESIDING AT THIS
LOCATION FOR A MONTH AND HAS HAD TO MOVE
OUT DUE TO INFESTATION OF MICE ("RATS")
AND OTHER CONCERNS. IS LIVING WITH HER
SISTER IN THE SAME PARK.
THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE HOME IN
POOR CONDITION. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE
STANDARD HOUSING CODE VIOLATIONS AND
WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED.
1. THERE ARE SEVERAL WINDOWS WITH BROKEN
PANES OF GLAS OR ARE INOPERABLE. WITHOUT
CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, EVERY WINDOW
MUST BE FREE OF BROKEN GLASS AND
FUNCTION PROPERLY WITH SCREENS PROPERLY
FITTED.
2. THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS OF THE FLOOR
SYSTEM THAT ARE DAMAGED. SOME TO POINT
OF COLLAPSE AND OTHER AREAS WITH OPEN
AREAS TO THE ENVIRONMENT. ALL FLOORS
MUST BE FREE OF HOLES AND BE
STRUCTURALLY SOUND.
3. THERE ARE OTHER AREAS OF THE WALLS
AND CEILINGS THAT HAVE HOLES. ALL WALLS
AND CEILINGS MUST BE FREE OF HOLES.
4. THE REAR ENTRY DOOR IS ALSO DAMAGED
AND CANNOT BE OPENED. THIS DOOR IS ALSO
NOT WEATHERTIGHT WITH LARGE AREA OPEN TO
EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT. DOOR NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED.
5. TENANT REPORTS THAT THERE ARE
ELECTRICAL ISSUES. SWITCH IN LIVING ROOM
AREA DOES NOT TURN ON THE LIGHT. THE
RANGE UNIT REPORTEDLY CAUGHT FIRE. A
KITCHEN OUTLET CANNOT BE USED UE TO
OVERHEATING. THERE ARE SEVERAL
ELECTRICAL DEVICES THAT DO NOT HAVE
COVERS INSTALLED. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WILL
NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY A LICENSED
ELECTRICIAN AND REPAIRS MADE.
6. THERE ARE ALSO ISSUES WITH THE
PLUMBING SYSTEM. THE WATER HEATER DOES
NOT WORK. PLUMBING PIPING IN THE WATER
HEATER AREA IS BROKEN/ NOT CONNECTED AND
DRAIN WATER RUNS UNDERNEATH THE UNIT.
PLUMBING SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE
INVESTIGATED AND REPAIRS MADE.
7. SKIRTING HAS BEEN REMOVED. SKIRTING
WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
8. UNIT WILL NEED TO BE MADE RODENT
PROOF.
9 AN OPERABLE SMOKE DETECTOR WILL NEED
TO BE INSTALLED.
I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO
OWNER OF RECORD FOR THEIR INFORMATION
WITH REQUEST TO CALL THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643) WHEN REPAIRS
ARE MADE FOR RE-INSPECTION TO CLOSE THIS
CASE.
