FAILING IN AREAS TO POINT THAT THERE IS
DANGER OF FALLING THROUGH FLOOR. WOOD
SUB-FLOOR MUST BE REPAIRED AND NEW
FINISH FLOORING INSTALLED. THERE IS
CEILING DAMAGE FROM WATER INTRUSION THAT
NEEDS REPAIR. ROOF LEAK HAS BEEN STOPPED
BUT CEILING DAMAGE HAS NOT BEEN
REPAIRED. THE AWNING WINDOWS ARE SCREWED
SHUT. ALL WINDOWS SHOULD BE MADE
OPERABLE AND FUNCTION AS DESIGNED OR
REPLACED. THERE IS ALSO DAMAGE TO THE
BATHROOM VANITY. RAGGED EDGE OF FORMICA
TOP IS A HAZARD AND COULD CAUSE PHYSICAL
DAMAGE TO OCCUPANTS OF HOME. I WILL SEND
A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD
FOR THEIR INFORMATION WITH REQUEST TO
CALL THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
