SECURED. THE DOCK AND BOATHOUSE ARE ALSO
DILAPIDATED AND COLLAPSING.
REHABILITATION OF THIS STRUCTURE WILL
CERTAINLY EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE
STRUCTURE. I WOULD RECOMMEND DEMOLITION
AND REMOVAL FROM THE SITE. THE DOCK AND
BOATHOUSE WILL ALSO NEED TO BE
DISMANTLED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
