MOBILE HOME IN NEED OF THE FOLLOWING
REPAIRS.
1. THERE ARE SOFT AREAS OF THE FLOOR IN
THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AREAS. SOME
REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE BUT THE FLOOR IS
STILL IN DANGER OF COLLAPSE.
2. THERE ARE OUTLETS AND SWITCHES THAT
HAVE DISLODGED FROM THE WALL IN THE
KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM AREAS.
3. THERE IS AN OUTLET IN THE BEDROOM
THAT DOES NOT HAVE A DEVICE INSTALLED
LEAVING EXPOSED WIRING THAT HAS BEEN
CAPPED. AN OUTLET NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED.
4. THERE IS A HOLE IN THE FLOOR IN THE
BEDROOM NEAR THE CLOSET.
5. ALL WINDOWS MUST BE MADE OPERABLE OR
BE REPLACED.
6. ALL BROKEN PANES OF GLASS IN WINDOWS
MUST BE REPLACED.
7. THE INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD
BENEATH THE UNIT MUST BE
REPAIRED/REPLACED.
8. THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AND DRAIN PIPE SHOW
SIGNS OF LEAKS AND DAMAGE. THE DRAINAGE
AND SEPTIC SYSTEMS MUST BE INVESTIGATED
AND REPAIRED BY LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.

I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO
OWNER OF RECORD WITH REQUEST TO CALL THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643)WHEN
REPAIRS ARE MADE FOR INSPECTION TO CLOSE
THIS CASE.
