CONDITION. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL AHVE
TO BE REPAIRED/CORRECTED BEFORE FINAL
INSPECTION.
1. ROOF OVERHANGS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED.
ONE OF THESE EXTENTIONS HAS BEEN REMOVED
LEAVING THE METAL ROOF ASSEMBLY WITHOUT
SUPPORT. THE OTHER EXTENTION WILL HAVE
TO BE REMOVED ALSO AND THE ROOF ASSEMBLY
(METAL) WILL HAVE TO BE CUT TO NO MORE
THAN 2" BEYOND SUPPORT.
2. INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD WILL HAVE
TO BE INSTALLED/ REPAIRED.
3. THE EXTERIOR SIDING WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED TO NOT ALLOW WATER INTRUSION.
4. THE FLOOR HAS AREAS THAT ARE IN NEED
OF SUPPORT. SOFT AREAS OF THE SUB-FLOOR
WILL NEED REPAIR.
5. SOME INTERIOR DOORS ARE DAMAGED. ALL
DOORS MUST BE FREE OF HOLES AND HAVE
OPERATIONAL HARDWARE.
6. ALL INTERIOR WALLS MUST BE REPAIRED
TO BE FREE OF HOLES AND SECURE IN PLACE.
7. THE KITCHEN SINK DRAIN NEEDS TRAPS
AND AN AIR ADMITTANCE VALVE INSTALLAED.
8. THE ELECTRICAL PANEL HAS OPEN SLOTS.
BLANKS MUST BE INSTALLED IN THE PANEL;.
9. EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL OUTLETS MUST HAVE
IN USE COVERS INSTALLED.
10. ALL ELECTRICAL DEVISES MUST HAVE
COVERS INSTALLED.
11. 6 GANG ELECTRICAL BOX IN BEDROOM
MUST BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH DUPLEX
OUTLET.
12. GFCI PROTECTED OUTLETS MUST BE
INSTALLED IN THE BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN
AREAS.
13. AN OPERABLE SMOKE DETECTOR MUST BE
INSTALLED.
