HARDWARE. THE SCREENROOM IS IN DISREPAIR
WITH MISSING SCREENS AND BROKEN GLASS.
THE DOOR FELL FROM THE FRAME WHEN
OPENED. INTERIOR OF THIS UNIT WOULD HAVE
TO BE GUTTED TO FRAME TO CORRECT
UNPERMITTED REMODEL WORK. EXTENT OF
REPAIR THAT IS NEEDED WILL CERTAINLY
EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE UNIT. THEREFORE
I RECOMMEND TO DEMOLISH AND REMOVE FROM
THE PROPERTY. UPON DOING THIS THE
ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, IE. CARPORT,
SCREENROOM AND SHED, WILL BECOME A
VIOLATION OF COUNTY ORDINANCE, THEREFORE
THEY WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED ALSO.
