TENTANT CALLED IN AND STATED THAT MOBILE HOME IS
VERY DAMAGED AND OWNER IS RESISTANT TO FIXING THE
PROPERTY. SHE HAS STATED THAT THE FLOOR HAS DAMAGE
AND THE RECENT HURRICANES HAS WORSENED THE DAMAGE.

COATING HAS BEEN APPLIED AND SKIRTING
HAS BEEN REPAIRED. THERE IS A SECTION OF
THE CEILING THAT HAS DISLODGED FROM
TRUSS SYSTEM AND IS SAGGING IN THE
LIVING ROOM KITCHEN AREA. THE HALL BATH
SINK DRAINS ARE LEAKING AND HAVE CAUSED
DAMAGE TO THE CABINET. THE TOILET IN THE
HALL BATH IS NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO THE
FLOOR ALLOWING THE TOILET TO MOVE. THIS
MOVEMENT WILL BREAK THE DRAIN SEAL AND
CAUSE LEAK DAMAGE. ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE
TO CORRECT THIS BUT PROPER
REINSTALLATION WILL PREVENT FUTURE
DAMAGE. THERE IS ONE WINDOW IN THE
HALLWAY THAT DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY
AND WILL NOT CLOSE AND SEAL WEATHER OUT.
THE SUB-FLOOR HAS BEEN REPAIRED IN AREAS
BUT ADJOINING AREAS HAVE SOFT AREAS THAT
WILL NEED TO BE SUPPORTED TO PREVENT
FURTHER DAMAGE. THE OLD WALL A/C FRAME
HAS ALLOWED WATER INTRUSION INTO THE
WALL CAVITY. ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THIS AREA
HAS ALSO BEEN MADE. CONFIRMATION THAT
THIS REPAIR HAS STOPPED WATER INTRUSION
INTO WALL CAVITY SHOULD BE MADE TO
PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE. THE
SCREENROOM/VINYL ROOM NEEDS TO HAVE THE
VINYL WINDOWS REMOVED OR REPAIRED AND
THE SCEENS REPAIRED. I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD FOR
THEIR CONSIDERATION. AS STATED, REPAIRS
HAVE BEEN MADE TO SOME ISSUES. WHEN
REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED OWNER CAN CLL THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643) FOR
REINSPECTION TO CLOSE THIS CASE.
