EXTERIOR PORCHES HAVE DETERIORATED
DECKING AND THE REAR PORCH ABOVE THE
SCREENROOM HAS RAILINGS THAT ARE FAILING
DUE TO ROOF FAILURE BENEATH. THERE ARE 3
WINDOWS THAT HAVE BEEN BOARDED OVER DUE
TO BROKEN GLASS AND SASHES. THE
BOATHOUSE AND DOCK ALONG THE CANAL HAVE
COLLAPSED. THE INTERIOR REMAINS IN
FAIR-GOOD CONDITION AT THIS TIME. THERE
DOES APPEAR TO BE WATER INTRUSION
THROUGH THE EXTERIOR WALLS IN THE LOWER
LEVEL OF THE HOME. THE A/C COMPRESSOR
UNITS HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED AND THE
ELECTRIC METER CAN IS MISSING IT'S
COVER. THERE IS YARD DEBRIS PILED IN THE
YARD AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS PILED IN
THE SCREENROOM. THE GARAGE IS CLUTTERED
WITH CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. THE
FOLLOWING REPAIRS/CORRECTIONS WILL NEED
TO BE MADE.
1. THE BOATHOUSE AND DOCK WILL HAVE TO
BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
2. A NEW ROOF ASSEMBLY WILL HAVE TO BE
INSTALLED.
3. ALL WINDOWS WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED
TO BE OPERABLE WITH GLAZING.
4. THE PORCHES AND RAILINGS WILL HAVE TO
BE REPAIRED.
5. THE EXTERIOR WILL HAVE TO BE PAINTED
AND THE FRONT WALL WILL HAVE TO BE
TREATED TO NOT ALLOW WATER INTRUSION TO
LOWER LEVEL OF THE HOME.
6. ALL YARD DEBRIS WILL HAVE TO BE
REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES.
7. ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS WILL HAVE
TO BE STORED IN THE GARAGE AREA.
8. THE A/C UNITS WILL HAVE TO BE
REPLACED.
9. THE METER CAN WILL NEED TO HAVE A
COVER INSTALLED.

THESE REPAIRS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE
BEFORE RECONNECTION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE
