3. ALL INTERIOR DOORS WILL HAVE TO BE
FUNCTIONAL TO CLOSE PROERLY AND HAVE
HARDWARE TO SECURE CLOSURE.
4. ALL INTERIOR WALLS WILL NEED TO BE
FREE OF HOLES AND MISSING FINISH.
5. GFCI PROTECTED OUTLETS WILL NEED TO
BE IN PLACE AND FUNCTIONAL IN THE
BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN AREAS.
WHILE NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR FINAL
INSPECTION, THE ROOF ASSEMBLY APPEARS TO
BE IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. INTERIOR
INSPECTION SHOWS NO SIGN OF WATER
INTRUSION AT THIS TIME BUT A NEW ROOF
ASSEMBLY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED.
