1. A NEW ROOF ASSEMBLY WILL NEED TO BE
INSTALLED. THIS WILL REQUIRE A SEPERATE
PERMIT.
2. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS PARTIALLY
BEEN REPLACED. A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED
FOR INTERIOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND
INSPECTION TO CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS.
INCLUDING GFCI PROTECTED OUTLETS AND
SMOKE DETECTORS.
3. THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILINGS ARE
IN PROCESS OF REPAIR/REPLACEMENT. ALL
WALLS AND CEILINGS WILL HAVE TO BE FREE
OF HOLES AND DAMAGE.
4. ALL INTERIOR DOORS WILL NEED TO BE
INSTALLED WITH OPERABLE HAEDWARE.
5. DAMAGE TO THE WALL FRAMING AND FLOOR
FRAMING AROUND THE EXTERIOR DOORS WILL
HAVE TO BE REPAIRED.
6. FLOOR INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD
WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETE AND SECURED.
7. THE KITCHEN SINK DRAIN SYSTEM WILL
NEED TO BE REPAIRED TO HAVE TRAPS.
