REPORT IS AS FOLLOWS,
THIS IS A DOUBLEWIDW MANUFACTURED UNIT
CONSTRUCTED AS AN EDUCATION UNIT. IT IS
NOT CONSTRUCTED TO HUD NOR FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE REGULATIONS. THIS UNIT
WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE USED AS A
RESIDENTIAL UNIT WITHOUT AN ENGINEERS
CERTIFICATION THAT IT MEETS FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE REGULATIONS. ADDITIONALY,
THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WILL HAVE
TO BE REPAIRED AND BROUGHT UP TO CURRENT
FBC REQUIREMENTS. THE PLUMBING SYSTEM
WILL HAVE TO BE INSPECTED AND COMPLETED
TO FBC REQUIREMENTS. A CODE COMPLIANT
RELIEF LINE WILL HAVE TO BE ADDED TO THE
WATER HEATER, THE SUB-FLOOR WILL HAVE TO
BE REPAIRED AT THE ENTRY DOOR AREA. THE
DOOR FRAME OF THE ENTRY DOOR WILL HAVE
TO BE REPAIRED TO BE WEATHERTIGHT. THE
A/C SYSTEM WILL HAVE TO BE INSPECTED TO
MEET CURRENT FBC REGULATIONS. THE
WINDOWS WILL HAVE TO BE OPERABLE AND
HAVE SCREENS INSTALLED. THE PANELING ON
THE INTERIOR WALLS WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED/REATTACHED TO NOT HAVE GAPS OR
HOLES IN THE WALL FINISH. SMOKE
DETECTORS WILL HAVE TO BE INSTALLED TO
FBC REGULATIONS. THE INSULATION AND
BOTTOM BOARD WILL HAVE TO BE
REPAIRED/REPLACED. PERMIT FOR RELOCATION
WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT ENGINEERS
REPORT. RELOCATION WILL REQUIRE
ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL
PERMITTING BY LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.
ADDED TO THESE NOTES, AT THIS TIME THERE
ARE BROKEN PANES OF GLASS IN 3 WINDOWS
THAT WILL HAVE TOP BE REPAIRED/REPLACED.
