10/26/2022 COMPLAINT RECIEVED THAT WATER POURED
INTO THIS PROPERTY DURRING THE STORM , LANDLORD
REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX ROOF. BECAUSE OF
THIS ISSUE THERE IS MOLD IN THE KITCHEN CABINETS ,
THE LAUNDRY ROOM ROOF, LANAI ROOF, AND AROUND THE
AC VENTS WHICH THE LANDLORD PAINTD OVER. CALLER
ALSO SAID THAT AN ANIMAL ENTERED INTO THE ROOF AND
HE HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING TO GET IT OUT EVEN THOUGH
HE HAS BEEN TOLD.

HOUSE. THE VINYL KICKPLATE ON THE POOL
ENCLOSURE IS LOOSE AND BLOWN PIECES ARE
LAYING IN THE BACK YARD. OWNER IS
WORKING ON BRINGING HOME INTO
COMPLIANCE. I CALLED THE NEIGHBORS AND
DISCUSSED SITUATION WITH THEM. WE WILL
NEED TO FOLLOW UP ON THIS CASE TO
MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE.

COMPLAINANT, THERE IS ROOF DAMAGE TO
INCLUDE FASCIA ISSUES INCLUDING HOLES.
ROOF IS TARPED AND HAS MULTIPKE SHINGLES
MISSING. A NEW ROOF WILL BE NEEDED.
MULTIPLE HOLES IN THE SOFFIT AS WELL.
COMPLAINANTS STATED THAT THEY HAVE MOLD
IN THE HOUSE WHCIH THEY HAVE CLEANED.
CEILING DMAMAGE IN CERTAIN ROOMS IN THE
HOME. SOME CEILING STAINS IN THE LIVING
ROOM. ELECTRICAL DEVICE MISSING A PLATE.
BROKEN WINDOWS AND MISSING HARDWARE.
DOOR FRAME DAMAGE AND MULTIPLE DOORS
MISSING ON THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
DAMAGED ROOF OIN THE ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE. CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN ARE
DAMAGED. LOOKED LIKE A LITTE WATER
DAMAGE UNDER THE SINK. THE POOL IS
SECURED WITH PLYWOOD AND A POOL COVER.
POOL SCREEN IS MISSING IN ALMOST EVERY
SPOT. THERE IS A FENCE AROUND THE
PROPERTY HOWEVER. CEO WILL DISCUSS THE
POOL MORE WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
CEILING IN BACK ROOM IS COMPLETELY
MISSING AND THERE IS EASY ACCESS TO THE
ATTIC FOR VERMIN. ONE SMOKE DETECTOR
WHICH THE COMPLAINANTS SAY THE AGREEMENT
STATES THEY HAVE TO FIX. MULTIPLE
REPARIS NEEDED FOR THIS PROPERTY. CEO
WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO THE
OWNER. PLEASE CALL STANDARD HOUSING
