WIRING IN THE GARAGE AND A OUTLET WITH
NO PLATES. GARAGE HAS SOME SIDING
ISSUES. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC DETAILS IN
THE STANDARD HOUSING CODE ABOUT
ACCESSORY STRUCTURES ONLY THAT THEY
SHALL BE MAINTAINED AND KEPT IN GOOD
REPAIR AND SOUND STRUCTURAL CONDITION.
THE MAIN STRUCTURE OF THE GARAGE IS IN
GOOD STANDING. SPOKE TO THE PROPERTY
MANAGER, 305-710-1001, WHO IS ALSO THE
LANDLORD OF THE PROPERTY ACROSS THE
STREET AND UPDATED HIM ON OUR VISIT.
