LIVING ROOM DAUGHTERS ROOM. ABOUT AN INCH OF WATER
COMES IN AND SITS, RUINED THE CARPETS/RUGS.
BABY HAS BEEN SICK FOR MONTHS,UPPER RESPORTORY
SYMPTOMS. MOLD IN WALLS AND BASEBOARDS, BASEBOARDS
ARE ROTTING.
WINDOWS DON'T LOCK. KEEPS HAVING POWER OUTAGES.
SPARKS AT ELECTRIC BOX.

REPAINT WHICH SHOULD ALLEVIATE THIS
PROBLEM. THE ROOF DOES HAVE A TARP BUT
CEILINGS SHOW NO SIGN OF WATER
INTRUSION. A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
ROOF REPLACEMENT. I OBSERVED WHAT I
BELIEVE TO BE A BEE HIVE ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF THIS UNIT. BEES WERE ENTERING
BENEATH THE WOOD FASCIA BOARD. BEES NEED
TO BE REMOVED. WINDOWS NEED TO BE
FUNCTIONAL AND FREE OF BROKEN PANES OF
GLASS. TENANTS MADE NO MENTION OF
ELECTRICAL CONCERNS DURING VISIT BUT
ELECTRICAL ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
AND CORRECTED. I WILL SEND A COPY OF
THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD WITH
REQUEST TO CALL FOR RE-INSPECTION WHEN
REPAIRS ARE MADE. PLEASE CALL THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643) FOR
RE-INSPECTION.
