FROM OUTSIDE ELEMENTS BECAUSE OF THE HOLE.

COMPLAINTS ARE IN PROCESS OF BEING
CORRECTED. WORKERS WERE ONSITE. THE
FOLLOWING ISSUES WILL NEED TO BE
ADDRESSED,
1. AS WITH ALL OF THESE UNITS THERE IS
WATER INTRUSION THROUGH THE CBS WALLS.
MANAGER SAYS THAT THEY ARE PLANNING TO
STUCCO ALL OF THE UNITS AND REPAINT
WHICH SHOULD ELEVIATE THIS ISSUE.
2. THIS UNIT HAS SEVERAL WINDOWS THAT
ARE INOPERABLE. WINDOWS NEED TO FUNCTION
PROPERLY.
3. ONE WINDOW HAS A BROKEN PANE OF GLASS
THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
4. THE PLUMBING DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS VERY
SLOW TO DRAIN. ALTHOUGH FUNCTIONING THIS
MIGHT BE CHECKED TO AVOID FUTURE
PROBLEMS.
5. TENANT SAYS THERE IS A BUG PROBLEM
ALTHOUGH I DID NOT OBSERVE ANY DURING
INSPECTION.
6. THERE ARE BEES SWARMING AROUND THESE
APARTMENTS. I OBSERVED WHAT I BELIEVE TO
BE A NEST ON THE NORTH SIDE OF UNIT 5.
7. THERE IS A SMALL HOLE IN THE BATHROOM
CEILING WHERE THERE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN
A PATCH. CHECK OF THIS AREA SHOWED THIS
AREA TO BE DRY AND NOT CAUSED BY WATER
INTRUSION.
8. THERE IS A TARP ON THE ROOF BUT
CEILINGS SHOW NO SIGN OF WATER
INTRUSION. A ROOF PERMIT WILL BE
REQUIRED FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT.
I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO
OWNER OF RECORD WITH REQUEST TO CALL FOR
RE-INSPECTION WHEN REPAIRS ARE MADE.
